  Anchorage police say a man armed with a gun robbed a Midtown gas station early Friday morning.Police responded to the Chevron near Old Seward Highway and International Airport Road just after 1:20 a.m., according to an Anchorage Police Department release. It was reported that “a male armed with a gun had entered the store and demanded cash,” the release says.The suspect is believed to have fled the gas station on foot with “a few hundred dollars,” police said.
