    WATSON, La. (AP) — The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office says a girl or woman has apparently drowned while tubing on the Upper Amite River about 15 miles northeast of Baton Rouge. Sheriff Jason Ard says in a news release that she was not carrying any identification, and investigators are trying to learn who she was.
