    ANCHORAGE (KTUU)- Anchorage police say the deaths of two people found Sunday morning on the Ship Creek Trail near Downtown appear to be homicides. Police for the first time identified the deceased today as Brianna Foisy, 20, and Jason Netter Sr., 41, both of Anchorage.     ANCHORAGE (KTUU) - An Anchorage man was sentenced to serve 13 and a half years in prison for distributing meth, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday. According to prosecutors, 56-year-old Antonio D. Washington was originally charged in Dec. 2015 with distributing meth on four different occasions that year.
