ANCHORAGE (KTUU) A Washington-based distributor of alcohol, soda and other beverages plans to build a new $40 million building near Midtown. Odom Corp. executive Bill Odom and Anchorage Mayor Ethan Berkowitz announced the 240,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center today.
