    ANCHORAGE (KTUU) Anchorage residents could soon see rate increases for electricity and sewer services if proposals from utility companies are approved. Around 30,000 Municipal Light and Power customers could see an estimated 25 to 30 percent increase if the regulatory commission accepts its proposal.
