    ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) Federal prosecutors in Anchorage have charged two men with conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. Orlando Pierre Logan, 35, and Brian Curren Smith, 37, became the targets of a joint drug investigation by Alaska State Troopers and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency starting in August, according to federal court records.
